What is Afternoon Tea? ​​​

​Afternoon tea (often referred to as high tea in America) is a meal traditionally taken mid-afternoon, but it can be enjoyed at any time of day. It consists of 3 courses of savory and sweet items, including a scone with jam and clotted cream, pots of proper loose-leaf tea, brewed to perfection and served with care. it is meant to be savored and enjoyed in good company.
