Our customer service pledge

Communication is the most important part of the event. We value your opinion and look forward to an open discussion to perfect all the details of your special event.

We promise to value your time. You will more than likely reach us on your first phone call, but should you leave a message, or send an email, we will get back to you within 48 hours. 

  • What should I wear as a guest at a tea party?
    If you come to the tearoom we just want you to feel comfortable. Some people come in dresses and fascinators, and some people come in jeans. If you feel like being fancy, do so, and if you feel like dressing down then that is ok too.
  • Is the tearoom open to the public without a reservation?
    All the teas are reservation only. There are no walk-ins . Please visit the booking page to see which dates are available. New dates are added when dates sell out.
  • Do you have a waitlist for sold out dates?
    We don’t currently run a waitlist. If you would like a specific date which says sold out then sometimes we can fit you in. Please call to check 512 633 7944.
  • How do we receive items ordered in the online shop?
    Items bought in the online shop can be picked up in store or shipped to your address. There is a cost associated with shipping.
