Time off from time out

If you are like me you might be feeling a little overwhelmed with all this extra time! I can't believe I am saying it but I sometimes need a break in the endless day. Take 15 minutes every day to brew a pot of tea and enjoy it in your very own mini tea ceremony (if you have freshly baked scones or cake at hand even better!). Just sitting at the table and looking out into the garden, refreshes your mind and keeps you thinking positively. It is also nice to take sociable tea breaks, call a family member or friend on Zoom, just for 15 minutes to catch up over a cup of tea; It really lifts your spirits, you will feel refreshed and healthy.
